Home is $99/month for weekly trash valet and outdoor pet-waste cleanup. Home Complete is $489/month and adds weekly litter-box scooping plus monthly leaf cleanup for a standard single-family home.
Agree on the visit and access.
We confirm your weekly service window, trash collection point, yard access, and pet arrangements. Litter-box service includes agreed home-access instructions. Leaf-cleanup scope and monthly timing are confirmed separately.

Have securely tied bags ready at the agreed location and provide the access arranged for your visit. We handle trash valet and outdoor pet-waste cleanup each week, plus weekly litter-box scooping with Home Complete.

Home Complete leaf cleanup happens once a month. Add bin cleaning for $25/month for up to two bins; extra bins are $10 each per month. Your existing waste provider still handles off-site trash collection.
Residential pickup guidelines

- Any pet waste or litter included in your trash must be sealed and double-bagged
- Pickup location and service window agreed in advance

- Bulk items require a separate assessment and quote

The $489 monthly plan is designed for a standard single-family home. Trash valet, dog-waste cleanup, and litter-box scooping are provided weekly. Leaf cleanup is provided once a month.
